Exchange 2007 Meeting Rooms: Append instructions to Meetings?
Hello,
We have a few meeting rooms which are used to schedule certain resources, conference bridges for example. What we're looking for is a way for the meeting room to append instructions on how to book the applicable resource, so that when attendees check their calendar later on, the instructions are in the invite.
Is there a way to do this? Other than shock therapy for the meeting organizers...

Could you do transport rule to append text the e-mail when the sender is "meeting room X" ?

I am sorry to say this request could not be achieved by the current feature of the Exchange directly as far as I know. You may try the Transport Rule.
