Hi, The current issue is some mails are delayed to deliver, right? I don't think focus on a messageinfo in message tracking log is the best way to resolve this. Could you please help us clarify the following questions? 1. Is there any NDR received? If so, please paste here. 2. Please use queue viewer to check the queue status, if the mail hang in the queue, please let me know which the queue the messages stick in and what the Additional queue information is? 3.
