Exchange 2007 Message exceeds limit issue
Hello,
For message size limit, user level limits take precedence over other message size restrictions.
So you can add user to a distribution group, and then set message size limit for the distribution group.

I currently have one Exchange 2007 server. I am trying to allow attachments to be received at 100MB. I have changed the values to 102400 in the following places:
Default RECEIVE ConnectorClient RECEIVE ConnectorSend ConnectorGlobal Settings\Transport Settings
The message continues to get blocked. To test I went into the individual mailbox settings and forced the limits in the Message size Restriction settings to 102400 and IT WORKS!!
What am I doing wrong, and where else do I need to go to make this apply to ALL users?

After changing the settings, did you restart the Exchange Transport Service?
