Hello, I have problem changing password using the OWA, when i click on save it will show me "The old password is incorrect. Please retype your password. Letters in passwords must be typed by using the correct case." I can confirm the old password I type is correct and this happen to all the users. Went through some cases over here but seem like no solution are write down how they solve. Any idea how to resolved this issue? Hi Kelvin, Can you change the password in Windows or Outlook? Please make sure you have sync the system time between the CAS server and the DC. It is the same for DC servers in the sub-domain and parent domain. If the issue continues, check the permission on the OWA virtual directory.Marking the replies that has answered the question may help others who have got the same or a similar question.

Hi Adele, Thank you so much for the help, it was the time sync problem. I can change my password in Windows (never try in outlook) but not OWA. Regards, Kelvin
