Hi I have noticed in Outlook 2010 that old calendars have appeared. (People who left the company years ago). They are not in the exchange management console. The only other reference to this I can find is this http://windowssecrets.com/forums/showthread.php/135203-VERY-old-calendars-have-reappeared The calendars can not be accessed. Does anyone know where I can look for these to delete them? Thanks

You'll have to define what you mean by "Calendars" first. Are they calendars that are folders in a mailbox? Are they calendars that are public folders? Hi, Does the issue occur on certain user mailbox or each user mailbox? To troubleshoot the issue, I suggest you connect the mailbox via Outlook Online Mode instead of Cached Mode to check the result. Hi Thanks for the response. They are user calendars in a mailbox. (I have My Calendars, My Team calendars, and then other departments are listed - it is under these departments that the old users are listed)

We have only rolled 2010 out to a couple of people - but they can see old calendars. Tried with Outlook online (switched off cached mode)and it is the same

Do those calendars belong to delegate mailboxes in your Outlook profile? I don't understand the "old users" part. They're either mailboxes or they aren't. They're either delegate mailboxes or they aren't. If they're delegate mailboxes, uncheck the box next to the calendar's name. I am also seeing this behaviour. Exchange 2007 SP2 is the platform and when using Oulook 2007 or Outlook 2010, past users are displayed under the shared calendar entries. These users no longer have a mailbox, or an active AD account. Upon further review using PFDAVAdmin, if I connect to a user, and browse their shortcuts, I can see the old username listed. Outlook 2003 seems to automatically maintain this list by not displaying an old calendar.

Yes, new profile, new PC. Non cached mode as well, no PST, Just a connection to Exchange.
