I have 1 question and i need your help In my EMC (Exchange managment console) in some user i have enable the option "Hide from Exchange address list" I would like to know when i will see this users missing from my address list from outlook. Hi, If Outlook is running in cached mode it is using the offline address book. This OAB is generated by default once every night and is then downloaded by the client some time next day. So the answer to your question: It can take up to 48 hours before the hidden users disappear from the address list. Leif
