You are missing an event DLL that would provide additional information for formulating the message.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi Jesse,
I have run into a issue like yours, the workaround:
Delete the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\PowerShell",
And then reboot the server.
Which version exchange do you use?
I would suggest that you could update it with the latest update firstly.
Note if you delete the registry, please export it for backup, then we could restore it.
If the issue still exists, Please post more information such log for it, then could do more research.
Regards!
