Exchange 2007 Public Folder Access using OWA
I have a group of users that don't have active mailboxes on our Exchange 2007 server, but do have active AD accounts. My issue is these people need to be able to access and manage a public folder calendar on that same server. I'm assuming the best way to do this would be to have them use OWA to access the public folder calendar (which they do have permissions to). Can someone please explain how this is done and what the URL would be to access this calendar? I've tried https://server.domain.com/owa/All%20Public%20Folders\Group%20Calendar the %20 in place of spaces in the path. Thanks!

Hi, You can publish and share your calendars with others by publishing them to a WebDAV server. Hello, Based on my test, it’s not support to access public folder directly via URL after exchange 2003. As a workaround solution to meet your requirement, you can publish it to Microsoft Office online or to a web server, please refer to the following link: Introduction to publishing Internet Calendars http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/introduction-to-publishing-internet-calendars-HA010174355.aspx Thanks, Simon
