HI,Error 1025 could be generated in the Application log due to two reasons AFAIK. It could be happen due to permission on the information store not correct and when the information storetries to create a record that has a non-unique key. Please fallow below work ground.Run ISINTEG on the Mailbox Database===============================Please run Isinteg -test -alltests against the information store and make sure there is no wernings and errors.If warning or error count is not Zero(0), Please backup your information store and fallow bellow work ground to repair database.Run ISUNTEG to repair theMailbox Database====================================Isinteg -fix -test -alltestsif problem is still persists you may want to Defrag database.
