Exchange 2007 SP2 installation error
Hi, I am having issues with Exchage 2007 Sp2 new installation (not upgrade), Here is my set up: I have a empty root domain and two child domains (win 2008 Sp1, Win2003 forest/domain functional level), one of the child domain have users and other child domain for Exchange (Exchange domain). I have prepared the schema on the root domain's DC (schema master), and ran setup /PrepareAD on Exchange domain (child domain), and also ran setup /PrepareDomain on the other child domain's DC that has all the users. When I try to install HUB and CAS role (Win 2008 Sp1), I get 'Could not find Default Administrator 'Exchange Administrator Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)'. I have checked with ADISIEDIT (under CN=Administrative Group,CN=MyExchangeLab,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=mylabdomain,DC=net) and I can see the Administrator Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT) is there. All Exchange Groups have been created on Root Domain What am I doing wrong, would appreciate if you could put me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.
