I have 2007SP3 installed with CAS,HUB and Mailbox on a single server. I have a new 2008R2 SP1 server standing by, but had some questions about the 'single server' scenario. I've read the documentation about configuring the CAS role, then Hub and then Mailbox Role. Even though I plan on having those 3 roles installed on one server, do I need to install one role at a time on the 2010 server, or can I install all 3 roles and then just configure them? Thanks!
