Hello, I have a Client who has asked Does Microsoft support the virtualisation of Exchange 2007 and if so are there ant special requirements ? I guided him to the following website: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232170.aspx As the site states, Microsoft does not support virtualization, however my Client is now asking Can you find out if the statement that it is not supported is going to change at some point. We just need to know of Exchange 2007 will be supported on products like ESX in the near future ? Can anyone help with answering his question please. He really needs an answer today (Monday 31st)

Hello It seems Microsoft officially supports Exchange 2007 with their Windows 2008 Hyper-V version. As the Windows 2008 Hyper-V supports x64 bit guest OS. Thanks
