Exchange 2007 Synchronization Issues with Outlook 2003/2007
Since we upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 many users have been complaining of synchronization errors each time outlook is opened. The errors read as follows:

Everything else seems to be working fine but thiserroris consistent. Most of the articles I read referenced problems on the client side. Because of the widespread nature of this issue in our organization, I am leaning towards this being more of an Exchange Server issue.

You should be able to get more information if you enable the additional logging in the Outlook client.

This should generate log files on the client with Outlook installed which give a fair bit of information
