Does anyone know of a list of daily tasks that a system engineer would complete on a regular basis? I am looking to install Exchange for 1500+ users and we have support to do the daily user support for exchange (creating mailboxes, users, etc.) but I am trying to determine if we need additional support for the System side (Server Support, Communication, etc.). I was hoping to find some documentation that would explain what personnel resources are needed to support this environment. Thanks, Ken
