I have a exchange 2007 mail server running on 08. When any user logs into exchange and scrolls through the address book the address book is incomplete. Its perfect from a to c then it suddenly jumps to s. Where is d through r? Anyone go through this before? Thanks Greg

After looking into this some more users are able to do a manual search, which does display all the missing email accounts. This only happens when users scroll through the current list of users within the address book. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? Could it have been possibly due to an update? Hi, Did you check this issue by running Outlook under Online Mode? Whether any error message was received when trying to download the OAB? Did you check the Application Event log? Thanks Allen

I created a new address list then just automatically updated the list. That in turn populated the OWA address book.
