Hi, Kindy confirm what's the error code that you are getting, are mail sent from user how mailbox is in new server or old server, to which server MX is pointing to as per now. Also have a look into these post they might help : http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrmigration/thread/58c1056c-f1ac-4793-8504-5d3a622fca20 http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrtransport/thread/3966505b-c775-4ef7-9aaa-cc4119ed2efdRipu Daman Mina | MCSE 2003 & MCSA Messaging

How is your mailflow configured? MX record -> A record -> external IP address of FW -> forward to exchange server? Is this correct? Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog
