Exchange 2007 cant get the information store to stop?
Any way to force it to stop?

No I tried to stop it from services. Forefront was making it hang.

It doesn't matter. You tried to stop it, it didn't stop. To make it
stop you terminate the store.exe process (which will also terminate
the FPE processes).
