Hello, please look if there's any entry on your server saying that a rollup is installed. If yes then uninstall the rollup(s) and try again. Greetings, Toni

Rollup 3-10 were installed. I uninstalled the rollups one by one until I was left with rollup 4 and lower. When I attempted to install the client access role it installed successfully.
