Exchange 2007 clients receiving auto-generated emails that appear as blocks of Chinese text.
We have recently migrated users from Exchange 2003 to 2007. Auto-generated reportsemailed to clients are appearing as follows:The above example was taken from a Symantec Mail Security report; others users are receiving similar content from outside senders. We are on SP1 rollup 7.Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi,
Does only report generated by Symantec software have this issue? Or all auto-generated mail (just like NDR generated by your server) have this behavior? If only Symantec report has this issue, you may need to contact Symantec for further help.
We need to enable pipeline tracing to capture diagnostic information about e-mail messages as they encounter transport agents registered on Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) events in the transport pipeline. Please run the following cmdlet, reproduce the issue and then check the result in C:\pipeline tracing logs folder.
Set-TransportServer servername -PipelineTracingSenderAddress user@domain.com -PipelineTracingPath "C:\Pipeline Tracing Logs" -PipelineTracingEnabled $True

If you cannot identify the issue, please zip the log and send it to me. Thanks,

It's not just the auto-generated messages from the Symantec software; auto-generated sales leads from service providers come in the same way. NDRs, however, are fine. I'll give the pipeline tracing a shot. Thanks!!Jeff
