Hi How do you send the mails? Using smarthost or DNS? Check your firewall so the rules still is correct And check in the firewall logs if the traffic goes through like it should Can you see anything in queue viewer? And NDR? Hi, First of all confirm that it was working before or not ? Also have you configure your MX and A records properly ? Have you configure the send connector properly ? If you dont have MX records than use some smarthost as Mr. Jonas stated. Also follow the steps provided earlier by Mr. Jonas. I hope this will help you. Regards. Hi jack, As you said you could not send email to external email address, then please check the queuing, is the outside email hanged in queuing? From NDRs you can get some information. And by checking protocol log, you can got records of outside email, the log is under path of \Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\Logs\ProtocolLog\smtpsend\ Another thing should be noticed is send connector, you should correctly configure your send connector. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998662(EXCHG.80).aspx here you can learn how to configure send connector, wish it helpful to you.
