Exchange 2007 eventid fail source agent in message tracking
Hi,
I'm running Exchange 2007 SP3. An external contact tries to send an email to 3 of my users. 2 of them do not receive the email. Every time this client send email to these 2 users, they never receive email from the external contact.
I run Message Tracking Results to see what happen, I can see that we receive the email (eventid RECEIVE, source SMTP), I also see eventId DELIVER, Source STOREDRIV for the user that receive the email. But I see eventId FAIL and source AGENT for the 2 personns
that do not receive the email.
Any idea to have more specific reason?
Thanks in advance
David

Hi David,
For this issue, I suggest you improve the log level for store Driver, then check the related information on the logs.
