Exchange 2007 install
The server is a Dell R710 single Xeon 55xx processor 18GB RAM 750GB RAID 5 running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. 3 year warranty. Will reside in collocation with 2 independent power lines and our UPS for redundancy. This server will be a part of our domain (windows 2003). Currently there only will be about 10 Exchange and CRM users accessing it. We already have MS CRM 4.0 and MS SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 installed on it. Now the question is can we also install Exchange 2007 and Sharepoint services on the same server without causing any conflicts. Our CRM consultant advised that there should not be any issues with CRM/Exchange and Sharepoint Services, but our Sharepoint expert thinks that we may have problems setting up Exchange web access if we install the Sharepoint Services. What’s your opinion on this?

I also suggest you install Exchange and Sharepoint on seperate box. Sorry I cannot find any official documents to list the details. There is a similar post for your reference: Running Sharepoint Server 2007 and Exchange 2007 on the same box http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/sharepointadmin/thread/cdc1d6f7-fad7-437d-922c-ec1017acdc7e/ And issue with exchange 2003 and sharepoint on same computer for your reference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823265/en-usFrank Wang
