One manager came to me and complain that his entourage keep receving emails back to year 2008. He said that his email in webmail is update to date. We are using Exchange 2007. The problem started after HP engineer just come to replace the faulty HDD on this exchange server. So far, only one this manager complain about the problem. Please help

Now, my own mailbox start keep receiving old emails. I'm using MS Outlook. Already tried to re-create the profile but problem still persist. I heard that people said try to clear old email at "dumpster" but i not sure how to do that.

I have just had the same problem reported in exchange 2003. One of my clients had 3 old emails re-send (all at the same time) few weeks later. The issue is that the user wasn't using email when the emails were re-send, she wasn't even logged in.
