I am using a 3rd party product to archive emails from my Exchange server on SBS2008. I am unable to retrieve the folder structure, or export from Exchange. I have been on the forum for the 3rd party product, and they say it's permissions. But I've added the user with full access permissions, and am still unable to access his mailbox from my 3rd party app. It definitely is a permissions issue, because if I use the credentials associated with the email account, the export works! Any ideas?

The 3rd party product is GFI MailArchiver. I've solved the problem by issuing this command: Add-ADPermission -identity "Mailbox Database" -User administrator -AccessRights GenericAll
