Exchange 2007 on SBS 2003
I have a client that has a server with SBS 2003 which includes Exchange 2003. They have purchased SBS 2010 which includes Serve 2008 and Exchange 2010 but are not ready to install the necessary hardware to run it. Is it possible to get a downgraded
license for Exchange 2007 and install it on the SBS 2003 server?

No.
Exchange 2007 is 64 bit, therefore you can't install it on to an SBS 2003 machine which is 32 bit. There also are no in place upgrade options of Exchange, so a new machine is your only option.
The hardware requirements for Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 are pretty much identical, with just slightly more RAM recommended for SBS 2011. What you can do with the licence is immaterial because of the 64 bit requirements.

Hi,
Remove SBS and then install exchange 2007?
No any other machine?
First as Sembee said, Exchange 2007 should be installed on 64-bit machine. So that is not possible.
We may migrate AD and Exchange related data to new machine, so another new machine should be needed.
For License, I think you may contact Microsoft to get better informaiton.
