Exchange 2007 on a 2003 Domain
I have a 2003 r2 domain running in native mode. I have installed Exchange 2007 on a virtural server and recieve the following error ( All times are correct ) Log Name: Application Source: MSExchangeIS Date: 9/17/2009 1:58:17 PM Event ID: 5003 Task Category: General Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: vpdexchange.PublicSafety.LCL Description: Unable to initialize the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service because the clocks on the client and on the server machine are skewed. This may be caused by a time change either in the client or the server machine, and may require a reboot of that machine. Other than that, verify that your domain is properly configured and is currently online. Hi,The only servers that needs time servers are the domain controllers. Therefore I would suggest you take the NTP settings out and restart the Time service. If you are continuing to get the same error then it has to be time related somewhere. I presume the servers have the time zone updates installed.RegardsSyed Arsalan.syed.arsalan

Check the Virtual Server (base machine Time settings) generally hosts take the time settings from Base machine....
