Hello, We would like to integrate Exchange in our organisation progressively. What I mean is co-existence with the regular pop3 accounts provided from our hosting provider and slowly convert users from regular pop3 under Outlook to Microsoft Exchange server connection. We found different software solutions to help us to do this and they work very well (POP3 Connectors). The issue now is that users that are converted to Exchange. When they send email to an internal email adress like mycompany.com Exchange intercepts the email as it should and tries a local delivery. Of course not all local Mailbox are created since some internal users our still under pop3 account and not converted to Exchange mailboxes so Email is returned in error. How could we integrate Exchange to certain users adding 5 a week let's say while keeping the other ones still under pop3 and still be able to let local mail flow through directly to internet and not being stop localy. We want to slowly integrate the Microsoft Exchange connections to our users since some need to be trained and others our simply out of the country. P.S. Please note we will transfer MX to Exchange only when all local accounts are converted to the Microsoft Exchange connections.
