Exchange 2007 resource mailbox question
Hello,We are looking to use a resouce mailbox effectively as a holding place for reminders that a couple of users will have access to.However, i don't want the event that will trigger the reminder notice to appear on the users calendar.for example, if i add a meeting to the resource, it also puts it onto my calendar. i would like it to just appear on the resources calendar and notify me that day that the resource is needed.I want to have like 3 delegates to the resource so that they all get notified that the resource is needed that day(s)is there a way to do this? or do i have to make the resource an actual user mailbox and do delegates?

Short of using 3rd party software ( Maybe something at slipstick.com if it even exists) or scripting something, you wont be able to do what you want, short of creating a resource mailbox as you have stated and give those users delegate access to view the calendar of the resource mailbox.
