Exchange 2007 setup error
Exchange 2007 setup shows the following error, what is the problem ? The readiness checks have all completed, -----Error:Active Directory operation failed on hhs-mail.hooghoudt.local. This error is not retriable. Did you solve that in the meantime? I get the very same error installing SP1 RTM in my 32 Bit test environment. Johann

Yes. Do not install the roles using setup.exe (or whatever it is called), use setup.com setup.exe does not generate this error when installing to the default path, Rients

The same happens when starting setup.com. I also tried setup.com /PrepareAD (after successfully running setup.com /PrepareSchema) and get the same error. I do not install roles but update an existing SP1Beta2 lab installation.
