Nelsen,
You might try this:
get-mailboxdatabase|where {$_.JournalRecipient -ne
journal@domain.com}

journaling enabled on database level !Nelson N Exchange 2003|2007|2010

Nelson,
Well first of all you can use the cmdlet since enabling the journaling on db level requires a journalrecipient as far as I can remember. Besides this if you have a total of 5 databases it might be easier to check it by using the GUI.

Hello Nelson,
You might check the event logs from your Exchange server. This is only visible if you have auditg logging for Exchange enabled. In this case the Applications and Services folder contains an Exchange Auditing log which contains an overview of all used cmdlets.

Hi,
If the event log does not contain it then I am doubting if you can find it. This since this is the only location where you would be able to find the info.

I was able to resolve with the following method
I ran [ps] c:\get-mailboxdatabase "DB1" | FL
I did this in all database and found the option
"When Created " and "When Changed" Found DB2 and DB3 was modified on 8|3|2012 5.35.02PM
So to confirm it was not some other change made on database disabled journaling on the database and checked and found the modified date changed to 9|3|2012 8.49.03PM.
Thanks for your support johan...

OK good to hear, but to remember you this only works if you have not made any other changes. So are you 100% sure nothing has changed to the DB config after enabling journaling?Exchange-blog: www.johanveldhuis.nl
