Exchange 2007 sp3 Management Console Snap-in Error
System is Windows 2008 Standard. Every time I go to open the Exchange Management Console I get an error "MMC has detected an error in the snap-in and will unload it. I click "Ok" and get this:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException

I have since reloaded the SP3 and rollup 5. Reinstalled .net 3.5 sp1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Checked the following location:
C:\Documents And Settings\scom\Application Data\Microsoft\MMC
Renamed the existing adminconsole file to adminconsole.old
Opened the console again.Terence Yu

No such file exist. I did replace the "Exchange Management Console.msc" file with a new one from a SP3 download, but get the same error.
Thanks for the response.
