Do messages in a users deleted dumpster stay when I move them using a new-moverequest from Exchange 2007 to 2013? I need to preserve these for 30 days as we have just implemented a folder Management policy in 2007 that deletes a whole bunch of mail. I'm hoping to not have to go to a backup to retrieve these items if I don't have too.
