Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 mailbox migration problems

Hello,

We have successfully installed Exchange 2013 into our 2007 environment and everything appears to be working as expected. We have performed a few migrations which again have proved successful.

We are having a problem migrating some mailboxes however. We are using the EAC to create the migration batch and choosing all the default options except we are setting the Bad Item Limit to around 10 to allow for a bit of corruption head room. Most of the mailboxes complete successfully however a few are failing with the below error

"Error: MigrationPermanentException: You can't specify the AllowLargeItems and LargeItemLimit parameters together. --> You can't specify the AllowLargeItems and LargeItemLimit parameters together."

What I suspect is that we need to adjust the Bad Item Limit to be higher, however If I try to create a new migration batch that contains one of the failed mailboxes the job fails immediately moving 0 mailboxes.

Initially I thought that this was because the mailbox/user was still part of another migration batch and needed to be removed, however when I try and remove the user from the old migration batch I receive the following error:

"The user user@email.com couldn't be removed from the migration batch Batch2 in its current state. Please stop the batch and then try to remove the user"

I do not see a way of stopping the migration batch however. The batch is not in progress and the only option I have is to resume the batch (not stop). So I suppose my questions are:

1. How do I stop a migration batch that is completed with errors (some completed moves, some failed)

2. If a migration batch contains failed moves, what is the correct procedure to try again - assuming that I want to adjust the settings of the migration batch job.
