Hi, Maybe the file is corrupt. Since there are really no good reason to run Exchange 2010 SP1, I suggest that you download Exchange 2010 SP2 and try again. When your download is complete, extract the exe-file (just dubbel-click on it) and then start the installation from an elevated command prompt.
