Exchange 2010 , office 2013- Critical Issue

Hi
We bought new dell computer (i7).
We facing problem, while user sent e-mail- and they are stuck into the outbox.The outlook is "freeze", and the only way is to get out from the outlook . afterwards the user discover that all his e-mail whom was stuck are vanish- it's happen a few times and not only once !

There may be lot of issues responsible for email stuck in MS Outlook/Exchange. As you has bought new laptop, so initially check that firewall is not stopping the authentication. However, if the firewall is disable then it is fine, now you need to ensure that Exchange server authentication is configured correctly.

Hi Israel,

Does the issue only happens to one specific user?

When the message is stuck in the Outbox, please click Send\Receive progress dialog to check whether the messages can be send out or any error codes.

Please make sure the Outlook client is connected to Exchange server. We can use Outlook in Online mode and send the test message to have a try. Additionally, we can create a new Outlook profile to check whether the issue persists.

Since this is a new computer, please make sure there is no antispam or antivirus scanner which is scanning outgoing mail.
