Hi, we use a telephony software. The software analyzes the voice mails in a mailbox using IMAP, it uses the user account information of the spezific user. But the software don't find the voice mails, since the X-header information is not found. When I look at the voice mail in Outlook, then the X-headers are present. (Voice Mail meens: Mail with an attached wav-File) The IMAP authentication method, only text and or Windows authentication. Why is the search for the X-header via IMAP4 is not successful, what can I do? If someone could give me a tip, I would be very pleased. Martin
