Thanks for answering Zi, I have seen what my problem is, users have not migrated to Exchange users AUTHORITY \ SELF as "send as" I try to give these permissions but I get this error: Add-ADPermission <mailbox>-User-Identity 'NT AUTHORITY \ SELF'-ExtendedRights 'Send-as' Active Directory operation failed on xxxxxxxxx. This mistake is not retriable. Additional information: Access is denied. Active directory response: 00000005: SecErr: DSID-031521D0, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0 Users who have not migrated the mailbox does not have this problem. How I can fix it?Microsoft Certified IT Professional Server Administrator

Thanks Zi, what I've done is to apply the inheritance of permissions in AD for users that give me problems, under Security -> Advanced and marched the inherit permissions checkbox. With this, users can work with EAS prefectamente regardsMicrosoft Certified IT Professional Server Administrator
