Windows Phone requires that a valid certificate is installed on the Exchange Server. It seems that you don't have one so spend 70$/year to get one with the names you need.

Hi Martina, I have a valid certificate, is a certificate from a third-party certification.

Outlook Anywhere works with this certificate, and the certificate is valid

Do not know if it's a configuration problem or something, but no certificate seems to be the problem

I don't make tests against more Root Certificate that a Mobile Device has. Your EAS Configuration seems correct.
Don't know if you surfed to OWA from your mobile device or not, but that would tell you if the device trust the certificate or not.

You might need to add the vendors root certificate to your device.

Thanks Martina, the end pointed to Windows Mobile users who imported the certificate and it worked.
