Hi All, The lowest user profile I can select in the exchange 2010 calculator is for 50 messages a day per user. I want to adjust it to 25 messages a day but not having much success e.g by selecting No to "predict iops value" and changing the the Tier User iops to 0.025 does not seem to work. Any sugguestions ? Just that if I use 50 msg per day in my calculations I and going to be over spec my requiremnets in terms of processing / memory and storage. Thanks ECL

Over Spec is good :) I doubt the differences between 25 and 50 would be enough to make a difference in your architecture and planning. Remember that "50" is the sent/received number. Do your users really only send and receive 25 messages a day total? If so, you may not even need to calculate that. Hi, Yes most of the users are low usage users. Just that I notice there was a fair bit of difference from when I changes from 100 to 50 msg a day for e.g. 100k users. Thanks ECL
