How much bandwidth does a shared calendar use? In k... 10k? up? and 10k down? Just on average

It helps.. but someone out there has to have a base line per sec calendar requirement... I don't need to know ms times.. I just need to know baseline per k per sec required for basic calendar 5k/sec?something like that...
