today i found emai database replication failure on Exchange 2010 DAG ,how to resolve this issue?
below is event from exchange server.

Can you run below cmdlet to see the current status of failed database.
Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus *DatabaseName* | Select FL
Test-ReplicationHealth | FL
