Can an Exchange 2010 Mailbox database point to an Exchange 2003 Public Folder database?

No a mail database cannot replicate to a public folder database.

I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. In Exchange, we have the ability to choose which Public Folder database a Mailbox database will point to or use. In Exchange 2003, this setting exists on the Properties of each database. Can an Exchange 2010
database be pointed to an Exchange 2003 Public Folder database?
