I have an English Exchange 2010 server. I have multiple English Windows 7 laptops with Chinese Outlook 2007 with service pack 2 installed. These issues do not occur in English 2007 and 2010 Outlook. The translated error message is the usual "Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable." The users can log onto English versions of Outlook and change their settings without issue. It's only experienced with on the Chinese version of Outlook 2007. There are also no issues configuration Out of Office for all users via OWA. Where would I next look?
