Wanting to allow a user Export only to PST from Exchange 2010 SP1 mailboxes, do not want them to have the ability to import. thanks!

Hi, Please refer to the following steps to grant the users only export mailbox permission. You need create a new child role based on the existing "Mailbox Import Export" role. New-ManagementRole -Name ABC -Parent "Mailbox Import Export" You need to remove the New-MailboxImportRequest command form your new custom role. Remove-ManagementRoleEntry ABC\New-MailboxImportRequest You need to create new role groups and add the users or groups you want to assign these tasks to. New-RoleGroup -Name "ABCDE" -Roles ABC -Members you user -DisplayName which name you want to show Now the user can just export mailbox. I have done test, and work well for me.
