Exchange 2010 Mail Routing issue
I have a user that sent out a email using a public folder email address to all internal users. Only not all users received the email. I looked in the message tracking logs and found that some showed Receive SMTP and a corresponding Deliver StoreDriv. Those users received the email. The others only had a Receive SMTP and NO corresponding Deliver StoreDriv notification. I am really stuck on this and and am not sure where to look next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I suggest you choose one recipient (who didn't receive the email), run this command and post the result: Get-Messagetrackinglog -recipient username -MessageSubject "Message Subject"|fl Thanks, Evan Evan Liu TechNet Community Support

I did that and email shows received via smtp but I do not have a corresponding storedriver receive showing it was delivered. All other emails function just fine. I show someone who got the email forwarding it and the user receives it with no problem.
