Might be a corruption. Try moving the mailbox to another database to see if it clears the issue (or simply provides further error info).Tony www.activedir.org blog:www.open-a-socket.com

Some similar posts suggest it might be a problem caused by ForeFront AV:

Hi alquiii,
Per your description, I want to verify some informaton:
1. Does all the mailbox have the issue, or just one mailbox;
2. If just one mailbox, it seems the mailbox corrupted, did you test it through outlook, what is the result;
3. If many mailboxes have the issue, I would run the EXBPA to confirm some information
Some other information for you, I also run into some issues which caused by some other software(forefront and other thirdparty software), I would suggest you disable it, or uninstall it, and make a test.
Regards!
