Exchange 2010 Mailbox quota
Hello, I have an Exchange 2010 implementation where I like to introduce storage quota's. I read the Technet article found at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232173.aspx and I have some questions: 1. I like to test this on a mailbox. If I set the storage quotas above the allowed size, will I get a warning message immediately? How could I enforce storage quota for a user to see the warning message? 2. Should I add a system message using , new-systemmessage cmdlet and then set system message using set-systemmessage for the warnings to work? 3. I guess new-systemmessage cmdlet is required only to modify the default text, is that right? 4. How could I configure Graphical representation of the storage quota and the amount of storage used in the message body? TIA Tom
