Exchange 2010 Meeting Room Auto Accept Not Working
We have Exchange 2010 SP1 running. I created a resource meeting room with auto accept a few weeks ago and it worked great. For some reason meeting requests are stuck in the inbox and not processed.
I have restarted server, confirmed Exchange Mailbox Assistant is running, disabled and re-enalbed auto booking.
Any help greatly apprcieated! Thanks, Eugene

Any other troubleshooting ideas. Still not luck!
UPDATE: Created a second resource meeting room with Auto Accept and it also does not work. Must be a server issue.

Hi,
It could be something "wrong" with the Arbitration Mailboxes. Can you move them to a different database and test if that make any difference?

Are the users running Outlook 2010? Are they "direct booking" the
room? That isn't going to work.

THANKS Martina!
I first moved the rooms to a different server and DB and it still wasn't working. I executed the command you recommended and now they are working! Can you tell me or guess why this command solved my issue?

Rich,
We are using Outlook 2007/2010 and we booked the rooms with the "ROOM" button on the meeting request. Is that Direct Booking?

No, not if you're inviting the room as a resource.
