Have you tried a different browser?  Have you looked in the IIS logs to see what might be happening?

Do you change configuration for OWA virtual directory, or install update for Exchange server before this issue arise?

Please try to recycle MSExchangeOWAAppPool in IIS manamgement:
1. Open IIS management, swtich to Application Pools.
2. Select MSExchangeOWAAppPool then click Recycle in Action bar.

If the issue persists, you can try to recreate OWA virtual directory for testing, for your reference:
