Exchange 2010 OWA http to https redirection not working
Exchange 2010 SP1 SSL is not enabled for the default website SSL is enabled for the OWA directory HTTP redirect is set on the default website to go to https://owa.mydomain.com/owa Have done multiple IIS resets (with no force and without) and I can't get this to work for anything. It keeps acting like SSL is required and I can't figure out why. I have followed all the instructions in the microsoft KB articles and everything else and can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Ideas?

Be careful doing that redirection. It can break things like ActiveSync. SSL should be required if you're redirecting to https. Or am I missing something?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

" Be careful doing that redirection. It can break things like ActiveSync. SSL should be required if you're redirecting to https. Or am I missing something?" SSL is still enabled on the OWA directory and all the appropriate virtual directories, it just isn't enabled on the default website.
